Update beta to stable #74

This is the current channel configuration:

channel-versions:
    stable: 4.14.0.11784
    beta: 6.15.1.26025
    sonar-java-5-14: 5.14.0.18788

stable wasn't updated for a long time. With this change, we are making beta == stable.

I also pushed a channel/sonar-java-4-14 branch from master, to preserve current stable status in its own channel, in case a customer wants to rollback https://github.com/codeclimate/codeclimate-sonar-java/tree/channel/sonar-java-4-14
