FEATURE: News / Blog #17

The site will probably need a blog. This will double as an input form for Latest News. Perhaps we include a radio button that toggles between news and blog post.

This should be fairly easy to do once the forum is completed. Most of the parts have already been coded, now it's just a matter of reconfiguring them to work with news and blog articles.
