Change GitHub organization name to CodeClubVietnam #46

We are no longer CodeClubHanoi but CodeClubVietnam right? Then we should also set the hard GitHub handle name as such. This change will be swift and GitHub will redirect all old links to the new organization name.

Yup we should be called CodeClub Vietnam and I guess we're the Hanoi branch. In some places, like the US, there are regional Code Club organisations, like Code Club Minnesota, but I think that this should be a nationwide effort here, so lets hard change this as you say
