Response to request from BVIS (Royal City Campus) #48

Mr. Ian Harold from BVIS would like to talk about setting a code club in his school. Details will be discussed on Sunday, he will join us at Kitchen.

We need more volunteers and training sessions.

I'm free in Wednesday evening. @lewtds : how about you?

I'm working not too far from BVIS campus. It should be fine to meet somewhere near Royal City, or even inside :)

Royal City is 5 minutes walking from my house, I can go on Wednesday if you guys need another ear :)

Thanks for updating the minutes @ntt2389

When requests for volunteers come in, the venue will need to be registered on Code Club World. This will help recruitment of volunteers and also it will look much better, having them all on the map. We need to either get the venue to register the club or do it ourselves.

I've added a note in the minutes for May 28.
