I intend to meet Jason in Friday afternoon. How about you?

The camp starts from the 16th but if we come, we will only come on the 18th (Wednesday), the 24th (Tuesday) and the 26th (Thursday). In every one of these dates will be 2 sessions, one from 8:40 to 9:55 and one from 10:15 to 11:30. The first session of the day will consists of older kids, in grade 6-7, the later one will have kids from grade 5-6. Kids will be grouped by groups of about 16 to 20 but these groups will be further divided into two smaller groups in the digital program. One group will be ours and the other will do photoshop and stop motion videos in room next door, so expect the class size to be around 8-10 kids.

We don't have to come to all 3 days and, in fact, not even to both sessions per day. It's negotiable and depends on the number of available volunteers and their time. Also, UNIS offers free lunch for all volunteers.

We need to give them the list of volunteers and the sessions we can come to by tomorrow (Friday, 13/06).

So no reliable volunteers yet. I'd rather cancel this than run it half-assed.

I think that may be a good call. It's better in these early stages to do it well rather than try and take everything and make a mess. Your call @lewtds
