Add BVIS to the Code Club map #66

Following on from Issue #48, we need to get the BVIS clubs onto the map so as to help recruit volunteers.

I've sent Ian a message to register the club on the Code Club World website and I'll close this issue when it's done.

Also, I'm not sure if the form on the www.codeclubvietnam.org works. I've not tested it, but I presume it submits to Code Club World when a club is added?

What about when a volunteer is added? I'm just wondering how the matching works. Any ideas on this @lewtds @hainp

No reply from Ian on this. If this club is going ahead can we register it please, using Ians' details

I've registered Ians club. We should see it on the site soon.
