Create a CI pipeline

• [x] Evaluate which CI solution to use (e.g. Jenkins)
• [x] Set up the CI on a dedicated machine
• [x] Integrate auto-pts with the CI to allow scheduling and running jobs
• [x] Allow choosing and modifying job configuration via a website (Jenkins)
• [ ] Add support for triggering jobs from new/updated PRs (waiting for github token from IT Admin :))
