Blocking 3rd party cookies #47

If user is blocking 3rd party cookies the extension will not work.

This bit me for quite a while last week. It might be helpful to future customers to detect whether the browser supports third-party cookies (possible via javascript), and give the user some indication that there's a problem, e.g., change the text of the coverage button, or the extension icon.
