Bundle dependencies #25

Fixes #18, #23

Dependencies (tether-drop and basscss) are now bundled.

Forked basscss and added a codecov- prefix to classnames to avoid conflicts with GitHub code

While this PR does fix the error mentioned in the issue description (CSP), that was a known issue which usually did not break the extension.

Probably best to keep it open and confirm, since there might be another issue causing the problem.
