Jenkins CI Detection #31

I'm using Codecov exe v1.0.3 with Jenkins and Github, and it doesn't seem like it picks up Jenkins as a CI Provider.

Is this accurate/expected?

Hi @joelhess,

Jenkins is not supported. However, if git is installed on the build server, you can just specify the token manually on the command line. Let me know if you have any more questions.
