Describe the bug Reported by user in this example: https://app.codecov.io/gh/maplibre/maplibre-gl-js/pull/4014/indirect-changes that the PR comment shown in pr comment vs in-app is different:

Expected behavior Project coverage should be reported the same on both...

I have a related issue https://github.com/codecov/engineering-team/issues/1614 where the UI and PR comment are out of sync

This doesn't look like a rounding error, so it's unlikely related to #1614.
