Confusion why an individual file is changed by %-.68, but the overall project change is %3.17 #2196

Describe the bug Confusion why an individual file is changed by %-.68, but the overall project change is %3.17.

Another instance where the % change at the project level is reported as much higher than the individual files listed? Sharing in case useful. Apologies if I'm misunderstanding something here. Note I have sorted by 'change' in the Indirect changes list. It only shows -0.68%, but overall change is reported as -3.7%? It also states "commits have different number of coverage report uploads", despite it saying each has 2 uploads each?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'see example'
  2. View project change vs files changes (why is project change so much?)

Expected behavior The calculation of project change appears to be incorrect. Can we investigate what is happening here?
