users don't understand reports are still processing as they process

In the case where a user is utilizing the manual trigger with the CLI do we have a better idea of how many reports we're processing and can we give users a true indicator of whether or not we're still processing.
In a prior iteration of Codecov we used to track whether or not status checks were still processing/pending and used that as a proxy for Codecov still processing, does this still potentially work?
