Show number of covered, partial, and missed targets alongside the coverage % on file view #2565

Problem to solve

When a user is looking at an individual file they can be very long and will need to scroll to see the areas missing coverage.

I would like to see on that screen the number of covered, partial, and missed targets alongside the coverage % (related feedback)
