Flag selection leads to a 404 (not found) page #337

Describe the bug When I go to the "flags" page in the codecov UI and attempt to select an individual flag, I get a 404

It's easy to reproduce, but please see the attached screencap for a demo.

One of our clients reported the sam problem support ticket number: 119162 (for reference)
