Code highlighting may take 30 second to a few minutes to show up. #519

Just browsing a relatively small file, the highlighting and coverage info doesn't show up for a few minutes or about 30 seconds. Depends on how fast the API responds. This can be confusing to the customer, because they go to the page with the expectation to see missed lines, etc. It's not clear that something is loading or they should would wait for the highlights to appear.

Agreed. We should really not show the code until we have the overlay ready. But we should also figure out what made that slow in the first place.
