Codecov account is in a broke state #526

I initially setup my Codecov account a month or so ago and have recently been working on getting it integrated with my application. However at some point within the last day or so, my Codecov account seems to be in a broke state.

For example if I'm on https://about.codecov.io and go to login via GH, I get redirected to https://app.codecov.io/gh/athena-framework, which is the correct org, but it seems I'm not really logged in?

I tried clearing cookies, revoking both personal Codecov GH app authorization and trying again, uninstalling and re-setting up the org level GH Codecov app, and logging in via incognito browser. Kind of at a loss of where to go from here. I'm only an open source free account so seemed to me this is the best/only place to ask for some help...

At this point the GH Codecov application is installed on the org, which is set to allow all repos.

This seems to be resolved now. Must have been a blip 🤷.
