Remove code of conduct from bottom of blog post by changing html layouts #63

We added the code of conduct part to appear under every event page, but it definitely does not need to be under blog posts. Screen Shot 2020-01-26 at 8 42 36 PM

This needs to be changed in the layouts. So _layouts/single_post.html is what is adding the code of conduct to the bottom of event and blog post pages. We need two different layout html files for blog post and event pages.
