#0001 : Create opening menu when the game is started #1

As a user I would like to see a start menu when the game is started. I would like for the opening menu to list the title of the game and a start menu that will take me to the learning menu.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Menu displays the title.
[x] Menu displays Start button.
[x] Start button takes user to games options menu. -[ ] finished by friday 7/22/2022
