Expand this into a tool for bulk contact in general

• Add support for email sending
• Users can be given tags/metadata based on where they signed up, we can send emails only to specific tags
• Option to have users enter zip code, then we can send to all ppl in radius of x event or whatever

and much more importantly, since it wont be just for sms anymore, we need to come up with a much sexier name than twilio-bulk-sms if this is going to handle email as well
