Issue: Incorrect closing tag for `<h1>`

In view-weather-with-html-css-js.mdx:
- Under step 3, specifically line 129, there is an incorrect selection of a closing tag for <h1> by using </h2>.

```

This issue extends to the index.html file for the project weather-app.

This PR #119 closes this issue in index.html of weather-app.
