Logging #19

I would like to have one of us setup a proper logger, so when we are in production, stuff can get tracked down easier.

I researched a little bit and winston and pino look pretty good

I researched some more cause I need logging for my personal shit too and winston has a plugin for graylog, which can be self-hosted for free: https://docs.graylog.org/docs/operating-system-packages
