We need a frontend to configure shit and to offer le premium.

Frontend stack:

Base: React + Typescript
Bundler & Dev server: vite
UI & Components: Chakra
Router: react-router-dom
State management: redux
Data fetching: axios or rtk-query (TBD)

Todo:

[ ] Add express REST API to bot
- [ ] Take a look at tRPC
[ ] Make website

Website content:

Mod guild configuration
- /reactionroles
- /warn ban hint threshold
- DJ roles
- /contest channel etc
- Premium tier management section
- Message content filters (#67)
User profile summary (account balances, game stats maybe)
Managing and setting new reminders (maybe even in-browser notifs)
Developer dashboard (#44)
