3 years ago MySQL.py looks good, based on conversations we've had on that subject. Much of the rest is a bit 'whoosh' to me, so whilst interesting, reluctant to pass review without other eyes on it :P
A big one is the database reverting stuff, where we're replacing some more lines in the dump file so that file can be imported into RDS successfully.
