"Add Event" unclear #338

Duplicating https://github.com/codeeu/codeeu.github.io/issues/95 , as that was the wrong place to report.

http://events.codeweek.eu/add/ has a few small issues:

this

  1. The submit button communicates that the event will appear online immediately ("add" - is this correct? if not, I would suggest "Submit" (if it will be checked before becoming online), "Create" (because Facebook already uses it) or "Announce" or "Schedule" (both used by Meetup) as the verb) and the After some consideration, I think the verb doesn't make much of a difference, especially since there's already an explanation whether the event will appear instantly or not. "(+)" I would remove, as it usually indicates that it will add a form element without leaving the page, as for example seen on Meetup and Facebook
  2. I would suggest including a text below the submit form for the uncertain, explaining what will happen next like "All submissions will be moderated and you will be notified if an Ambassador has questions or the event is approved." I am uncertain as to whether people creating events are able to edit their submissions or if Ambassadors will have to be contacted, it might be good to include the info on that page as well. Already present in the "Your contact information" block.
  3. Since apparently online events are acceptable (http://events.codeweek.eu/view/608/massive-open-online-course-spielend-programmieren-lernen-in-german/), there should be an "Online" location option. Are online events okay though? Any limitations?
  4. It might be reasonable to include a participation price range field or "paid event" checkmark, as it is currently hard to figure out which of the events are paid or not. Might be too much in-depth though. The same could be said about primary spoken language at the event.

quite a few nice suggestions... thanks :+1: if you want, you can of course fork the project, make the changes and create a pull request

but we will take your suggestions into account and probably incorporate them when we get to it

BTW: love the detailed descriptions and links and pictures and ... thanks again

Only 3 stays valid from this list. For point 4: there were several discussions on the mailing list and we have agreed to only promote free events on codeweek.eu.
