Jersey is detected as country on the index page, but it should be UK #384

Events in Jersey are successfully added under UK by the Google Maps API, but the index page detects Jersey as a different country, so clicking on "List all events in Jersey" returns no results.

Do you have 'Jersey' IP?

Bug still holds. To look more into the implementation.
