WIP: Redesign

A pull request to monitor the progress of integrating the new design in the events website.

• [ ] Check if we don't load unnecessarry assets
• [x] Make it possible to load fonts from the codeweek.eu websites (needs an Access-Control-Allow-Origin header in development and on production)
• [x] Implement the footer
• [x] Fix the broken account menu dropdown (it doesn't open at all, maybe a JS or CSS class name issue)
• [ ] Check if all pages look okay and adjust spacing, fonts, typography and colors where necessary
• [x] Deploy the main static site first as the theme assets will come from there
• [ ] Fix the failing specs

I think that GitHub Pages sends an Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * header, so we should be good in production.

Let's update the TODO above with what's left. You should be able to click on checkboxes to mark things as done. If not, just leave a comment here what's the current status look like--what is finished and what remains.

We also need to fix the failing tests.

Merging this as we need the new design. There are a few more outstanding issues and a few places where we need to adjust spacings and make more minor visual tweaks, but we can do that along the way.
