Test-Repo Issues

1. Step 3 should instruct to fork in to our "my-forked-labs" directory, not "my-forked-repos".
2. Step 9 should have us push to the "firstname-lastname" branch. There is not a "test-branch".
3. There should be clearer instructions and a template for submitting issues.
