Removes WSL in favor of GitBash for Windows Users #220

This PR does a number of things:

  1. The verify.md is now common and shared by all OS's ... it was already the same file in 3 locations, so I pointed them all to one version of it.

  2. Moved all WSL related stuff into folders for reference if we need it (rather than delete)

  3. Removed the guided-setup files from the main folder now that we have them for each OS separately (these old files were left there from a long time ago)

  4. Updated the windows installation files to only use installers of apps for windows and uses gitbash. No more WSL
