Investigate automatically running latest DB when pulling #33

@melissacabral do you know anything about this? Do you think it's a good idea?

That way people don't have to remember to install the latest version of the DB when they update. I realize there could be drawbacks, though.

I like this idea myself. Makes it easier for people who just want to help out a bit here and there.
