Add Modal Dialog boxes for forms - submit, register, login #41

Note: I'm making the modal box fluid size so that it works on smaller screens as well. This will require much more additional browser testing.

If I should handle this entirely differently on different size screens, please add your thoughts! @melissacabral I'm looking at you for usability thoughts.

Coming soon: Being able to show more than just the login in a dialog box :)

There's still content that needs to be added (mostly the registration form) but modality is now a thing.
