Conflict cookiebar vs security question in Internet Explorer v11 #25

Website (contao 3.5.21) with cookiebar, form with security question: In IE you have to submit the form twice to get the security question right. Multiple tests lead to the same result. (Firefox and Chrome work as expected.) I suspect a problem with the session cookie.

Issue can be closed. Solution: If the certain page with the contact form has a 'cache=0'-setting, IE works as expected too.
