Cookie bar on top not working #57

Hi,

I'm using Contao 3.5.34 with cookie bar 2.1.3. All works fine, if I set the cookie bar to show up at the bottom. Since this is overlapping with my imprint and GDRP link, I want to display the bar at the top. Once I change that in the settings, the bar doesn't show at all. I'm currently using the Quantum theme from premium contao themes. I don't understand why it would show up on top, but not at the bottom...?

I suggest that you check your CSS. The problem likely lays there.
