"Send notification" hidden if duplicating subscription

Hi,

add a news subscription has an option "send notification".

When using "duplicate", this option is hidden.

This behaviour returned. Duplicating a subscriber deactivated "send notification"

This behaviour still exists. It was fixed in a version but came back.
