Enhancement: CSS class "subscribed" and class "waitinglist" #81

Hi Kamil,

actually in calendar listing or calendar default there is a css class "subscribed" if someone is subscribed to this event. You can show this status pretty nice and easy.

Actually its no difference if this is a regular subscription or the student is just on waiting list. It would be super nice to get "subscribed" oder "subcribed-waitinglist". So you can show another icon when someone is subscribed to waiting list.

Is this possible without big changes?

If this is a bigger change, you can send a cost estimate.

Maybe you can have a look at this too. Also a payed change would be possible if this is a bigger thing. You got my contact if so.

I have reverted the commit for now, as it's not so clear how to add that CSS class without having performance problems. I will have to think about it a little bit more.
