Publishing stats were removed in IATI’s PR 159, and moved to https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Publishing-Statistics.

It would be good to add them back.

Aha… The dev branch of IATI-Publishing-Statistics has been upgraded to python3, so we should use that version.

Closing this! We still need to get timeliness stats working again, but that’s covered by #12.
