Explanation of the issue

Since 10 May 2021, UK - Scottish Government (GB-GOV-21) servers hosting IATI data have been responding with a url error.

This is still an issue - though it might be a political one.

The IATI support ticket has apparently been deleted or presumably, moved due to privacy.

Unable to find reports for 2012-2013 on the Scottish Government website and their recent reports are now only in PDF format; eg. https://www.gov.scot/publications/contribution-international-development-report-2017-18/

Other reports live here, nested deep in links within links. https://www.gov.scot/policies/international-development/development-assistance-programmes/

Unsure what to do with this issue - supposedly as it is a data issue, it should remain open?

Think this will be an 'evergreen' issue as there is no response from IATI or publisher.
