Explanation of the issue

Since 18 June 2021, AICS - Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (XM-DAC-6-4) servers hosting IATI data have been responding with a 500 Internal Server Error message.

Publisher was very prompt at responding and has fixed the issue!
