Since 28 June 2021, FMO servers hosting IATI data have been responding with a 404 status code.

Yes, I have contacted them via their IATI Registry contact and also IATI Support email.

Have yet to get a response from the publisher or IATI support so have nudged them again.

Hello! There has been no activity on this issue in the last 30 days. I wonder if it has now been resolved?

IATI support has tried to contact the publisher but has received no response.

However, it looks like url has been fixed and data is populating d-portal.
