Change to AfDB reporting-org_ref #39

Closed bill-anderson closed 2 years ago

Explanation of the issue

AfDB have changed their reporting-org_ref from 46002 to XM-DAC-46002 on some of their activity files.

  1. This needs to be reflected on their publisher record on the Registry.
  2. All activity files should be refreshed with the new ref.

This needs to be reflected on their publisher record on the Registry.

It looks like this part has been addressed now: https://github.com/codeforIATI/Unofficial-Codelists/pull/297/files

All activity files should be refreshed with the new ref.

I think this bit should be done by adding an other-identifier/@type="B1" to all activities that use the old org ID prefix. I haven’t checked if that has been done yet – I’ll take a look.

PetyaKangalova commented 2 years ago

@andylolz yes, I spoke to AfDB and they have added the other identifier. See example: image

@PetyaKangalova thanks for checking.

It looks like that’s the case for all datasets except afdb-multinational. None of the 773 activities in this dataset have other-identifier/@type="B1" set.

Thanks @andylolz ! I have flagged this now as well to AfDB.

This has been resolved -- 4121 out of 4121 activities have other-identifier/@type="B1":
