Repurpose the existing datastore query builder to work with the new datastore #10

The existing query builder is a familiar mechanism for downloading data from the original datastore.

It probably wouldn’t be too hard to repurpose this for the new datastore, while we await a new query builder.

This would be really helping in broadening out testing of the new datastore to a less technical audience.

Note that it is just a quick fix, and the datastore offers lots more filters that are not available here. But it may still be useful for moving the conversation forward.
