[PROJECT IDEA] Create a separate status monitor for Code for IATI services

@matmaxgeds originally suggested this here.

We currently monitor IATI services, but not our own! Given our ecosystem of services is growing, it would be good to create a second status monitor that it is dedicated to Code for IATI services.

Proposal

• Move https://status.codeforiati.org to https://iati-status.codeforiati.org
• Create a copy of https://github.com/codeforIATI/iati-status at https://github.com/codeforIATI/status
• Modify it to work for Code for IATI services. Specifically:
  • IATI Data Dump
  • Datastore Classic
  • Code for IATI Dashboard
  • Code for IATI Stats
  • Org ID Finder
  • Replicated codelists?
  • …anything else?
• Set it up at https://status.codeforiati.org

Alternatives considered

Not sure if I am overcomplicating things here, and perhaps we’re better off combining the two status monitors? I just think it might be worth avoiding blurring the lines between the two organisations (IATI & Code for IATI).
