Start to document the installation #18

I think there is a question here about whether this is an app or an library? If the former we should delete setup.py and lock req's as in this PR. But libs don't tend to have locked req's. (I would lean towards app)

I agree on app. I've checked, and it's not on PyPI. I've made the necessary changes.
