Add dataset column to all tables #39

Add dataset column to every table, taken from the IATI data dump dataset name.

Could we rename filename to dataset and strip the .xml suffix? The reason for this is that this is how the registry refers to things, not everyone's using the iatikit/iati-data-dump download that names the filenames this way.

Apologies I slightly misread the ticket, have updated now to dataset and using the dataset name which the data dump provides, which I believe is the correct value, rather than having to strip the .xml from the filename ourselves.
