NAC sponsor or delegate will create a GitHub Wiki page on their repo that includes the following details (see example): Defined purpose Defined scope Defined success metrics Defined leadership team with names and email addresses Announced project kickoff Communications: Slack channel - link and channel name Google Group - link Collaboration: Shared Google calendar - link GitHub repository - link Google Drive folder - link Pro-tip: This should look very similar to your announcement blog post for Medium, don’t recreate the wheel, re-purpose existing assets and keep this simple--the key here is to have the same details in multiple channels
