Confirm admin access to Google Group #5

NAC sponsor will request that Christopher Whitaker christopher@codeforamerica.org or a designated volunteer specialist will create a Google Group under the CfA infrastructure using the following naming convention: bat-[BAT_NAME]@codeforamerica.org and add members

The step in the BAT READ.ME is to create the group, however, for the purposes of onboarding simulation, we need to confirm admin access for NAC sponsor.

Including changing name to correspond with naming standards.
