people.js from github doesn't load sometimes #148

i just tried to go to municipal.mesaaz.gov and people.js from github didn't load with ERR:TIMEOUT. refreshed the page and its fine.

Thanks @buckleytom. Did you happen to get a screenshot from console or where ever you see that error?

Also, were you on desktop or mobile?

i did not get it before refreshing. seems fine now. on desktop.
