Facebook widget not reloading when dragging map marker

Reported: "When I click and drag the icon into a district the Councilmember’s Facebook feed does not show up. If I click on the drop down and select the Councilmember it shows up."

So, on page reload the widget is reloading; on data update (w/o page reload) the widget isn't reloading.
