fix menu items not usable on narrow (iPhone portrait sized) screens #47

The main issue is the header. The right handed links are cut off.

I think we should look into getting map and photo showing up and find a way to get the attachments on there without creating the empty space on the side. Any ideas @wendyfongsf?

The issue is more on the SMART phones and not on the iPad. On my iPhone the right handed links are cut off in portrait mode.
