Add search and filter/sort features #54

Would be cool to be able to search for an agenda item by keyword, etc. In addition, a filter mechanism that can filter/sort by type of meeting (regular council, study session, board meeting) and type of agenda item (zoning, ordinance, liquor license) would be great.

It would be useful to know a bit more about the context during which someone would want to do those things.

That is, what exactly is the problem you're trying to solve (through this suggested feature), when would it come up, and who would experience that problem? There are a number of ways this could be implemented, and knowing the answers to those questions would inform the design.
